Your information is securely stored on a password protected device. 

We keep your contact details for a maximum of 7 years after our last point of contact with you. We will then dispose your information by deletion of all communication, electronic or otherwise, the deletion of your details from our marketing database and the deletion of any emails or other correspondence sent via the website or to/from our email address.
